FAQ

1. How long does it take to process my order?

Estimated processing order will approximately takes about 7 - 10 days. Upon receiving your order email, we will reply within 2 days and you need to make payment within 3 days. We will send out your items within 2 days upon receiving your payment. Parcel will reach you in 2 - 3 days later.

Estimated Pre-order leadtime is 2 - 4 weeks subject to pre-order closing date. Closing date for all pre-order is every 15th of the month.

Sometimes due to some unforeseen circumstances (such as stock unavailable, delay in overseas shipment, etc), some orders may experience delay. We do our best to minimize such events.


2. I did not receive the invoice email and payment instructions after placing an order.

Check your Spambox or Junkmail. Add myprettywardrobe@hotmail.com to your address book. If you are unable to find the email, you can request for us to send you a copy again via email.


3. What currency are you using? Where are you based?

Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars (S$) by default as My Pretty Wardrobe is based in Singapore.


4. How can I pay for my order?

Do check out the Making Payment section for more details but here’s a summary:

For Singapore customers, you can choose from a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Internet banking, ATM fund transfer, and cheque.

For international customers, you can make payment via PayPal.


5. Will my information be kept private? Is my credit card information safe with you?

Yes. My Pretty Closets do not resell your information to 3rd party. We only make use of the information to process your order. We do not keep any credit card or bank account information. Credit card payment are handled securely by PayPal.


6. Can I order from outside Singapore?

Yes of course!
For international customers, you can pay via Paypal. We will send an email informing you on the estimated shipping weight to determine the shipping rates.


7. I choose to deliver by Normal Mail. It has been more than 1 week and I have not receive the delivery. What should I do?

Unless the item is bounce back to us, we will not be able to provide help. If we receive returned mails, we will contact you and arrange for redelivery. Delivery fee will be charged again.


8. I choose to deliver by Registered Mail/ SpeedPost EMS. It has been more than 1 week and I have not receive the delivery. What should I do?

You can call SINGPOST Hotline: 1800 2225777 (Local) / +65 6222 5777 (Oversea) OR visit SingPost website. If we receive returned mails, we will contact you and arrange for redelivery. Delivery fee will be charged again.


9. What if the item I am looking for runs out of stock?

My Pretty Wardrobe carries limited pieces for all items. If the item/s you have ordered has been sold out, you can choose do pre-order (subject to goods availablity) OR receive shopping credits so that you can order other items OR get cash refund.
All 'Sold Out' items will not be able to do re-order unless otherwise stated. Please complete your purchase asap to avoid any disappointment.


10. Can I adjust or modify my order?

Your order is final once it has been processed (i.e. once invoice and payment are in).
If you've made a mistake or wish to make changes, do email us asap and we will try our best to help you. Cancellation will not be possible.


11. Can I reserve an item?

To be fair to all customers, we do not take reservations. Please make payment as soon as possible to secure the items you want.


12. Do you have a physical shop?

We do not have a physical shop at a fixed location. However, we do participate various fleas to reach out more customers, allowing our customers able to see, try and feel the items before deciding to buy them. You can visit our Events page to check out our upcoming flea events and promotions at various locations.


13. Can I do a meet-up or self-collection?

Yes! My Pretty Wardrobe provides self collection service at Toa Payoh Hub Customer needs to made FULL payment of sale order before any self collection.


14. Urgent! I need this dress by tomorrow, is it possible?

Of Course! My Pretty Wardrobe provides delivery to any parts of Singapore with a minimum fee. Customer needs to made FULL payment of sale order (including delivery fee) before any delivery.


15. How do I know what size to choose?

Please refer to the measurements provided on the product page and compare it against your clothing.

Every item is different just as every body type is unique. Hence, please use your experience to determine the best fit. Clothing measurements are taken with item lying flat, except for chest and waist measurements which are taken around the specified area. Please note that there may be a slight difference (+/- 2 cm) from the measurements stated.


16. I have ordered the wrong size, can I make an exchange?

No. All measurements and sizes are displayed clearly on each item's description page. We do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered apparels which do not fit your size. Exchange is only allow if the measurement given by us is not tally with the actual item.


17. I have received a defect item, can I make an exhange or refund?

All items will be carefully checked before sent out. In the event if we missed out any defective area, we deeply apologise and will do an exchange for you, provided stated details are fulfilled.
