Terms & Conditions

1. All items are ordered from Korea.

2. We do not provide try on, so pls check your measurements to ensure value-for-money before ordering.

3. Only paid orders will be taken in. No payment = No order. (This is to prevent irresponsible buyers)

4. Cancellations or amendments are not allowed after orders are placed with supplier.

5. Items will arrive Singapore in about 2-3 weeks' time after our orders are placed and finalised with supplier. If needed, pls allow 3-30 days for re-stocking. (This is only an estimation.)

6. A full refund will be made if items are out-of-stock.

7. Seller will not hold responsibility for lost mails if normal postage is chosen by buyer. (Registered mail is recommended for ex. items)

8. All items will be checked for defects by My Pretty Wardrobe before delivery.

9. Because some fabrics are stretchable, pls allow about 2.5cm discrepancy for measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.

10. Colour may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution.

11. Goods sold are non-exchangeable & non-refundable as each item are meticulously checked to ensure good quality. However, in special curcumstances, if due to genuine manufacturer defects, goods may be exchanged but strictly non-refundable.

12. Please order only if you are willing to wait, your patience would be greatly appreciated.
