Shipping Information

All parcels are fully handled by Singapore Post Office.


LOCAL NORMAL MAIL

An email will be send to you before mailing out the parcel.

~ You should receive it in 2-4 working days after dispatched.
~ Parcel will be delivered to your mailbox.
~ No tracking available.


LOCAL REGISTERED MAIL

Registered article delivery is available at additional SGD$2.24 per order.
An email will be send to you after mailing out the parcel with the registered article number.

~ You should receive it in 3-4 working days after dispatched.
~ Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep between 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri) and 9am - 1pm (Sat) , however no choice of date/time of delivery.
~ You will be able to track the local delivery via SingPost website.
~ If the mail is not received upon delivery, Singpost will drop a notification card at your house, you can collect the parcel with the notification card from nearest post office on the following day.


OVERSEA REGISTERED MAIL (REGISTERED AIR MAIL)

Postage charges varies depend on locations. Click to find out the rates.
An email with the registered article number will be send to you after mailing out the parcel.

~ You should receive it in 7-14 working days after dispatched, depending on locations.
~ No choice of date/time of delivery.
~ You will be able to track the international delivery via SingPost website.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

1. Incorrect or incomplete address
2. Lost mail
3. Failed delivery
4. Item has not been redeemed for 15 working days from date of post

All in all, we always leave our return address as the back of the parcel. They will send back the items to us if it has been left uncollected after 2 weeks. If item is returned to us, we will notify you via email. Delivery fee will be charged again before we send for redelivery. Please ensure you've given us the correct address to avoid undelivered mails.


Things To Take Note:

* My Pretty Wardrobe will NOT be responsible for lost mails through Normal Postage.

* Lost mails will not be entertained. We do not accept complaints or feedbacks for items not received via normal mail.

* Registered postage is advisable, 9 digits tracking number will be provided after parcel is mailed out.

* To trace your parcel, you can simply call SINGPOST Hotline: 1800 2225777 (Local) / +65 6222 5777 (Oversea) OR visit SingPost website.


Delivery and Handling Fees

Local Normal Mail:
~ S$1.50 for 1st item
~ S$0.50 for each additional item

Local Registered Mail :
~ Additional S$2.24 on top of local normal mail

Oversea Mail ( Registered Air Mail):
~ Please refer to SpeedPost for rates

Local Delivery Service:
~ Min S$10.00 depends on location
~ Free if order is 10pcs or more
